Shipping

The shipping of products in Greece is free of charge, regardless of the order amount.

The products are shipped by ELTA Courier. Delivery time of the products is 2-3 working days.

By credit/debit card

You can make your purchases without extra charge by using a Debit, Credit or Prepaid Card.

All payments made by card are processed through the “Nexi E-Commerce” electronic payment platform of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit protocol encryption (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches the intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

You can make your purchase of your product with the option “Pay on Delivery” at our courier service. The cost of paying on delivery is 3€.

 

Returns

In case of damaged or faulty package, returns are accepted within 7 days, free of charge.
